Building No: 1870 The building is intact.

This building has 2 4 story towers made of grey granite on both sides of the front of the building. The building itself is made of Holm oak wood and gray slate around the doors and windows. There is a large pool in the "garden" area in between the towers. Most of the trees directly around the pond have died, but their stark branches still remain. The building shows footprints around it, but is undisturbed.

Surrounding trees: Plum, Eastern hemlock There are Rosemary plants found near the building.

Skunks will be found in bushes at the front of the building

The back of the building has one door made of the same slate as used elsewhere. It is Wizard Locked. There is no knob or lock hole visible. This door was never meant to be locked!

The roof is made of pine wood which is like it was when it was new.

The front door is made of Redbird Ash wood carved with a picture of a running horse.

The right tower is destroyed completely, with all the wood and stone from the upper floors having colapsed on into the first floor. There is nothing of interest there (except a +2 chance of encounter with a wild animal).

Although magic of great power once existed in the 3 floors of this tower, all of its secrets have been winkled out by the Pharimm during the time it used this building as its lair. There is nothing of value here, but enough remains to provide a view of what function the room had in the past.

Once a meeting room the remains of a couch and a small table can be found. Otherwise, this room is empty. A Gate sputters in the N here. It is deadly, randomly scattereing the component molacules of anyone entering it to the Third Floor. If this occurs, the floor of the third level will be covered with the victem looking like finely ground hamburger.

This was the living room of the servant of the mage who lived here. Remains of a bed and misc wooden furnicture is scattered over the SE area of the room

The rooms of the mage. Nothing remains except colored chalk on the floor which suggest the shape of runes. No amount of time will allow a person to determine anything about these runes.

This is outside. A low crenelated walkway surrounds the top of the tower. Several metal rings used for tethering flying steeds may be found. There are many scorings in the rock around these rings from the claws of the beasts.
